Primitive Country Farmhouse Prairie Curtains and Swags - The Village Country Store

Our primitive curtains are so charming and soften the window. Prairie curtains and swags feature some distinctive patterns, typically primitive curtains are adorned with applique and or embroidered with stars, hearts and berries. One of the most popular patterns for primitive style is the checkered print. Checkered fabric comes in different colors and are widely used for kitchen windows. Gingham print is a variety of the checkered pattern, but features very small checks. Tartan patterns are also an option and could stand out beautifully. Roosters, chickens, floral prints – all these patterns can be used in primitive style.
