The cover reverses to the same fabric and two light-toned wooden buttons (1.0 Dia.) on the back keep the pillow insert in place. A 3 overlap of material strengthens the area where the buttons are sewn, offering more stability to the buttons and longer life to the pillow cover. One extra button is hidden inside, just in case you need it!

  • Includes(1) throw pillow cover, 18 x 18 size, plus 2.5 ruffle on all sides. Pillow insert not included. For added fullness select an insert that is 1-2 larger than your pillow cover.   • Pillow cover reverses to the same fabric on the back. Two light-toned wood buttons (1.0) on the back, keep your pillow secure, and one extra is sewn inside the cover, in case you need it. A 3 overlap of material strengthens the area where the buttons are sewn, offering more stability and a longer life to the pillow cover. A 2.5 double ruffle in white fabric surrounds the pillow cover on four sides.
  • Pillowcase is 100% unlined cotton in a crisp White fabric with a symmetrical mini design in Gold & Brick Red. The double layer ruffle is in a plain white sheeting fabric.
  • Dry cleaning recommended to help prevent shrinkage. Or, if you choose, machine wash cold, gentle cycle, like colors, no chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low, air fluff or line dry, iron if needed.

We offer reliable shipping throughout the United States using premium carriers like USPS Priority, UPS and FedEx Home Delivery. We prioritize getting your heirloom quilts and decor to you quickly and safely, and for your peace of mind, all of our shipments include tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of placement unless specifically stated. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. The warehouse is closed on holidays and weekends. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next opened business day. Orders are typically delivered within 2 weeks. Please consult tracking numbers for up to date information.


Returns - The Village Country Store

There is a 15% Restocking Fee on all orders! This is the manufacturers policy upon which we must all abide. No exceptions.

Our policy lasts 30 days. Within 30 days of purchase you can return your goods, no questions asked.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

General Returns

To be eligible for a return, Items must be unopened, unused, be in the same condition that you received it, unlaundered, in their original packaging with law required tags still attached, in a resell-able condition, and if sold in sets, must be returned in sets. THE RA NUMBER MUST BE MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE, or package will not be received.

Please contact us for a return authorization number (RMA) and shipping instructions.  Please include the paperwork you received with your order or a print out of your email confirmation to enable us to process your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Damaged Goods
Please notify us by email admin@thevillagecountrystore.com - we will determine if we need the item returned. A replacement will be set.

ADDITIONAL INFO: No returns are credited if there is no original packaging, no tags, or product has been soiled, subjected to any animal usage, has been laundered, or there is any unpleasant odor or smell from usage or the environment in which an item was utilized (bedroom, kitchen, etc with cooking smells, smoking, perfume etc.).


Unless an item is wrong or has a manufacturer defect, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to our warehouse.
Our manufacturer charges a 15% restock fee for products returned due to Buyer Remorse/Change of Mind.


Items on Clearance or Liquidation cannot be returned.

We will process your refund within 14 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank's processing time.
